The service
Pulse lets you request files from public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar links. It is provided “as is”. Extractors break when platforms change. We do not guarantee every link will work.
Your responsibility
You must have the right to save the media. Platform terms (including YouTube) may forbid downloading. Copyright stays with the creator. You are responsible for how you use the file. Pulse is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, ByteDance, Meta, or Google.
Ads and extra clicks
Clicking Download may open an ad in the background or a new tab. An additional button near the real download may lead to an advertiser, not the video file. The labeled Pulse download control is the real one.
Acceptable use
No automated scraping of Pulse, no overload of our API, no using Pulse to attack other services. We may rate-limit or block abuse.
