What this site is
Pulse is a browser tool that accepts a public media URL and returns download options. We do not require an account. Processed links are sent to a media resolver (Cobalt-compatible API) so we can show files. We do not keep a public history of what you paste.
Data we may process
The URL you paste, basic technical data (IP, browser, language, pages visited), and cookies needed to run the site. We do not ask for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube passwords. Do not paste private or login-only links.
Advertising
Pulse is free because of advertising. We may show display banners, a popunder or new tab when you click Download, and occasionally one extra download-style button that opens an advertiser. Partners we plan to use include HilltopAds, PropellerAds, Adsterra, and MGID. Those companies may set their own cookies and collect device/IP data to bill ads. We do not sell your pasted video URLs as a marketing list.
Cookies and choices
Ads and language settings use cookies or local storage. You can block cookies or use an ad blocker; the downloader should still work. Some ad formats only run after you click Download.
